Shipping & returns

Jardisac will ship the products ordered by you to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation. Delivery times provided by Jardisac are estimates only. Jardisac shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted do not include shipping and handling charges and, when applicable, federal and provincial sales taxes.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed upon reception. Each item is made to order, so please allow up to 4 weeks for the production of your Jardisac products.

Delivery standards according to Canada Post

– Quebec: 2 to 6 business days
– Other cities in Canada: 5 to 7 business days
– United States: 6 to 8 business days
– International: 8 to 12 business days

All orders over $50.00 before taxes include free Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping except for the following provinces:

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

All items purchased on JARDISAC.COM may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. The items must not be altered, damaged or washed and must have all their original tags. 

Return for refund shipping charge is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds to your original method of payment will be processed within 5 business days of the reception of the item.

When the return shipping charge is incurred by the customer, returned goods must be sent with an original invoice via a courier service that includes a tracking number and requires a receiving signature. Items to be returned must be in its original condition with all labels intact, including all labels sewn inside the product. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides insurance.

In order for us to process your refund, please email your bank details and a picture of your receipt. We will be happy to refund you upon receipt of the parcel.
